Hi E,
I've been given Alex to sub - not done much - fixed up some spelling and style stuff, and added a few more links (including the BBC History one on Alex, thought it was nice to have a different view on the man if people were interested. I'll remove it if you'd prefer though).
Oh, it's here: A32619332

Thanks Matt!
These will be my fault:
"He was also hailed as a Pharaoh and a god, and founded the city of Alexandria5. Alexandria became an important and influential city."
can we say
"He was also hailed as a Pharaoh and a god, and founded the city of Alexandria5, which became an important and influential city."
Also
"Alexander supposedly refused as he wanted to defeat Darius in a fair battle so he would not oppose him in future.
Darius's army, supposedly consisting of one million men, met Alexander's on 1 October, 331 BC, and was again defeated."
Can you change one of the supposedlys?
Much obliged.

I'm wondering whether to knock hat final paragraph with the bit about Alex being seen as Pharaoh and a god down so it's the beginning of the Divine Ancestry section. What do you think?
