Not really too much. Was planning to go do some grocery shopping later(still late afternoon here, not quite 1600/4pm).

She uses Frenh Cluizel, but adds her own flavourings...a very nice Pumpkin Pie bar(among others), it's milk with graham crackers, nutmeg, cinnamon & cloves> Quite good! Sometimes I'll go to http://www.bernardcallebaut.com for Belgian .

I love Lint & Belgian, but I'll always others. Is it true that there is no good chocolate produced in the USA? If there is, I've not heard of it.

Oh there are a few, Dagoba http://www.dagobachocolate.com is very good. So are the various Endangered Soecies http://www.chocolatebar.com . And a bar marketed by a Canadian company http://www.terranostrachocolate.com is actually made in the U.S. ...& it's Very good! Also Ghirardelli from San Francisco is rather good too.
