She could eat 1 pound of chocolate a day, and as an answer to the secret of her longevity she responded:-

'A pound of chocolate a day, a healthy regular diet, and plenty of exercise."

Eat a square meal a day, a box of choclate.

Hi abbi!

That's the kind of scientific study news that I choose to take to heart. Any excuse to up my intake of is always welcome and followed up on with zealous fervour.

I hope you don't always associate truffles with depression! Truffles deserve to be present and enjoyed at life's celebrations, too!

Although...I'll admit, they certainly do help me get out of the slumps, too!

That's close to my idea of perfect nutrition!

I can tell which threads I need to avoid during my diet!

But even my diet book does not advocate giving up chocolate completely.

Stress wouldn't be so hard to take if it were chocolate covered.

Yes cynthesis!
I do enjoy them without depression most of the time

During depression I'm as happy to totally immerse myself in the pleasure. I never cram them down in a hurry. I like to take my time and savor them no matter my mood.

I hate that some bad truffles exist.
They should not be allowed the name!

Ah... the transcendent chocolate truffle experience!
*sigh*Taking the time to slowly savour them is real quality time self therapy!

Ummmm... the best truffles I've ever had were made by someone I used to work with. She brought them into the office and I had to prevent myself from eating them all.
