I don't know how long this should be, but here's a start.
Why the nickname???
When my ex and I got together, she had a gorgeous 2 year old daughter, who is now a gorgeous young woman.
However, at the age of 2, she couldn't pronounce Michael; the nearest she could get was Moko. It stuck and became Moke, and I like it, so there.
If you want anymore, you'll have to ask. You can ask anything, but answers aren't guaranteed.
