Sorry about that ... real-life got in the way much more than I thought it would and I've been away for three days without reliable internet access.

I have just resubmitted the Entry after sub-editing it. Perhaps the biggest change I've made is removing the formatted "title page" of the Seamanship book before its quote, instead putting the author and book title after the block quote: I felt that was closer to Edited Guide style, but please do put it back if you think it should be there!
