I hate watching wrestling, bad sitcoms and revenge movies, that is why I came here!

Actually dreamed of a bucket of sh**!

Nap time dream, they are always weird.
There were neatly laid logs-like medium starter firewood pieces in an old firewood bucket. I looked closer and realized it was sh**

It just now is making me laugh. Glad I am telling it.
I was in several dream convos yesterday.

No one. No who. Too much uneccesary viewing of negatives.
All my problem really,quilty.

I do believe some of it is medication.
I have taken other ones that affected my mood negatively.
Then there IS a bucket of "logs" =few things are negative at this moment.

I am temporarily overwhelmed.
Perhaps it's time for artwork

I always look for my release through music, but painting worked when my eye was in (I have not had time in years, blame my guitar). find a way to release the negativity and happiness will return. Do not become angry at the world as it is bigger than you and will hit back harder than you imagine, but change the bits you can til they fit you like a jigsaw. Create and share, live and love, and be happy with life. You offer support to so many, me included, so take some for yourself. Platidudes that are not empty but are soulfelt. Smile for us abbi

10yrs ago my son was adopted thru no fault of my own.... i have been trying to find him for ever.....
today my mam tells me he had found his way to my eldest daughter's....
just spoken to him on the phone, meeting him on tuesday....
i'm sat here in total shock....
