The Vole
The Vole is an Audiologist with the UK's National Health Service. He has just become an uncle (to twins) (well, actually became an uncle a year ago, but has only just found out) and has now realised that he has spent way too much time concentrating on the Universe and Everything, when he should have been paying far more attention to the Life part.
Decimal:
20 + 15 + 2 + 5 = 42
Octal:
(2^0) x (15 + 25) = 42
The Vole Love Velo. Bicycles in all shapes and forms, but the more laid back the better. Currently riding an HP Velotechnic StreetMachine GT, which is fast(ish), very comfortable, and with a big enough boot to hold the weekly shop, or a weeks camping gear; A real practical transport alternative. Dreams of owning a Moulton Speed or a Windcheetah Speedy. Now also the proud owner of an Airnimal Chameleon
Also loves Astronomy. No fancy high-tech stuff. Just a deck chair, a pair of binoculars, a copy of Norton's and a flask of coffee. Add clear skies, and I'm happy for the night.
Also computers. Well, just Apple Macs.
This Internet thing is still a bit of a mystery to me though
