The Art of Toilet Papering Houses

For juvenile revenge, nothings better than draping toilet paper around a home of your foe. Perhaps more important than how is when. It's best to do when rain is creaping up overnight. Obviously, you'll be doing this under the cover of night.
Basic targets are: bushes, trees, roofs, ground or even cars. But don't decorate it in a scary fashion around October, or else you're doing them a favor.

The Underguide

This familiar feeling of campaigning for something you don't really understand, the feeling of being surrounded by geniuses, but the distinct feeling that a few are charlatans, and it's quite public. Being in the UnderGuide means a willingness to compromise and vote, but it feels better to know that you are equal, and different from a country, you know you can make a difference. It's not an intention to, but rather as an effect of work
