I came across this entry in the Flea Market -> A490187 on George Washington and wondered if you'd be interested on fleshing it out for the EG? (seems like your area of expertise)

Hi there

I must admit I've never considered doing an entry on Washington. I've always thought of him as a little overrated. Important to the history of the US for sure, but without the legacy of Jefferson, Hamilton, Franklin - those type of people, which is why I'd be inclined to write about them first.

However, I'm sure that it would be a lot quicker to write an entry about Washington. His life wasn't too complicated, there are a lot of sources (Try opening up an American book without finding some reference to him. Just try! ) and I'm sure it'd probably be considered a big gap.

I've got a few entries planned for work this weekend, but I'll look that over next weekend. I like the opening paragraph, but I'm not sure I'd really want to use any of his material. Some if it is misleading, based on my limited knowledge of Washington.
