Hey Zucchini
Haven't heard from you in a while, so thought I'd pop by and say 'hi'. Not that I've been on 'h2g2' for a while, actually. Still, how's things going? Hope you're OK and work is fine (or at least as good as it gets 
). I've just got this week and then I'm on holiday. Graham's friend is coming to stay with us for a week on Friday and I've promised to help him show her around Germany, so I guess I'll be doing a fair bit of traveling next week. I'm off to visit Prague a week on Thurs too...that should be cool.

Yeah I've been on holiday for a week, spent some of it with Janine, and the rest of my days with various friends, so haven't been able to check h2g2.
Just found out today that my landlady is booting me out so she can sell the house! Rather than the drastic 'move to Japan' plan, I may move in with Janine. Well the problem is giving me plenty to think about anyway,..
I'm sure you'll have lots of fun being a tour guide :> Don't forget to spread some misinformation.

Nice to hear from you again. Sorry to hear that your landlady is throwing you out so she can sell the house - I find it beyond belief that landlords/ladies can do that without consulting their tenants first. I mean, I know it's their property, but it's you that's living in it! 
Hope you're not suffering from too much stress because of it. 
Are you thinking of changing jobs then so that you can move to Lincoln to be with Janine?
Have just come back from a fantastic five-day trip to Prague. It really is a wonderful city. I'm flying back to the UK this Sat...I won't forget to spread a bit of misinformation, though I've actually got a 'Lonely Planet' of the UK waiting for me back home, so Graham will soon be able to find out what's accurate and what isn't!

To be honest, I'm incapable of looking after such a big house and it is beginning to fall apart, that's why I'm being kicked out. I'm rubbish at living on my own. The whole moving in with Janine thing is becoming very attractive :>
So how often do you flit between Germany and the UK? Does it make you dizzy? :>
