How does the community art scheme work these days anyway? I applied years and years ago, but didn't finish doing all the tasks being very busy at the time.

well you apply we select two random edited entry's which you do a picture for each
if your art is good enough you qualify
at least that's how i got in 
Nat's is running the place at the moment and she's a bit new so we're taking it easy on her for a little while
you should apply again if your still interested
