Good afternoon. Hmmm, broad sheet newspapers!! They make my arms ache when I hold them and the only way I can read one properly is if I lay on the floor and spread it out in front of me. (Thats not too bad if you're at home, but its a bit cramped when you're on the 07.56 train to Liverpool St station)!

Ah, the 7.56. I'll get all nostalgic in a minute.
Did you know they're bringing out The Independent as a tabloid now? That might be better. It's either that or arm extensions, as far as I can see.

I usually 'fight' with the Telegraph, i'm more of a 'comic' reader actually.
Did you used to commute to the city then? I worked in Moorgate many years ago.

Tube commutes on the Piccadilly Line - safe to be nostalgic about them now that I don't have to do them anymore. I don't recall reading much of anything at that time in the morning, jammed in shoulder to shoulder, but I did a fair amount of craning over to get a look at someone else's paper. Nice the way you used to get a mix of opinions (not to say languages) doing that.
Key: Complain about this post
