Perhaps the name of this thread should be "Cricket, baby'
have a great time zoomer, and put a $2 bet on number 13 for me and do your best to generally run amok in Vegas. Remember, when the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.

Did a fiver on 13, lost twice. Did better on the slots, where I would bet the max when the remaining coins got to 42. Did better, but still eventually lost more than I bet. Not a lot, just a little (only had a little to lose!). I was surprised that no one posted on the LA/Hollywood post but then I realised that I hadn't mentioned beer in it.
(jiggedyjig, I'm home again...)

Howdy zoomer !
Do you really want to know? Ever since the American I had been living with left 2 months ago I have been pursued by one boy...then two weeks ago I met another one...and then on Friday I met another one again...
...two of them have the same name and the other's is very similar...it's becoming quite tricky to keep track of what's going on.......

Well I got a 2/3 chance of getting it right, right ?
It's not good, it's weird and confusing...and because one of them works at my local I can't take either of the other two there...
So, how goes it there ??

Work is slowing down and my family and friends are all out of town. Time to kick back and relax a little and get some paperwork done at work. I kind of like the solitude, though. I'm quite convinced I'll be like this for the rest of my life and I'm perfectly happy with that.

I'vehad big plans of hitting retirement, becoming "crazy old hippie lady on a motorbike" and living out my days as a recluse in a cave on the Scottish Highlands...
...but I'm only 24...it could still happen...

Inverse 42? Interesting. I'm the same as the last two numbers of the year I was born. (Figure that out...)
I plan to be a recluse on the west coast of Vancouver Island. Lots of fish and a garden for the chips.

You're not actually asking me to think are you
I wonder if we can set up a recluse society, or would that be a little too oxymoronic ??

"I wonder if we can set up a recluse society"
no more oxymoronic than the phrase "card-carrying member of the International Association of Anarchist" which I was once considering having printed on a calling card.

"Recluse society" Hey, leave me alone...that's right, put the rock back in place & just walk away/forget you were ever here.

it would be the ultimate secret society though, wouldn't it...I mean the members would hardly have an annual picnic...??
