Thought I'd say hallo, I did intend to do so long ago.
I think I know what you were referring to in Fizzy's PR thread. I may not agree with you in every aspect, but I don't think that should be a reason to take things personal, well, at least I never did, and hope you didn't do so either.
I'm sorry conversations like that have a tendency to upset many people, or, in my and Fizzy's case, make them insecure about the quality and sense of their submissions - although this mustn't be a bad thing, it's probably much better to question yourself, than to be too secure.
Well, rant over

I'm glad I didn't upset you B'elana, it was never my intention to do so.
Certain people in that thread were annoying me whole-heartedly, and my scatter-gun approach left them totally unscathed as their personal critical facilities are non-existant, and wounded people I never intended to.
The idea was that the people I was talking to would know what I was talking about, I didn't consider the effects upon innocent bystanders.
I see from the towel on head thread that you do appreciate my irony in some circumstances - well probably appreciate is too strong a word, recognise say.
As for me taking things personally - I'm paranoid and I know you're all out to get me, so don't worry about that.

I guess that's where the problem lies: those people will just never question their own ways, no matter what you say, and kea's idea of naming them wouldn't help, on the contrary, it would probably only add to their idea of being victims, and you'd be the bad boy (if you aren't already).
Don't be too modest, I did indeed appreciate your irony in the towel thread, as it expressed my own feelings quite nicely.
(I must admit that I'm not sure I'd be happy about a comment like that in one of my PRs, because it doesn't take much to throw me off balance, but I'm working on it.)
I don't think I've ever before lost my patience in a PR thread, so this is probably the closest I'll ever get to doing so; but there was a response, so I'm willing to watch the development.
I still can't exactly see the point of the entry, but all the others seem to do, so it's probably just me being thick (and you - what a relief ), but if I want to be a good scout, I shouldn't let personal likes/dislikes of topics get in the way - so I'll plough on.
