Fallen or not, Angels are beautiful!
Hi! I'm just wandering around meeting people. Nice to meet you!
I quite enjoy your list of interests. Although I am not an expert in any of those things, I do enjoy dabbling a bit when I get the opportunity. (I might actually be a misplaced alien myself. I know that at least three of my kids are! Ha ha!)
Maybe we'll talk soon.

I am glad to be able to meet people like you!
I think my children are SOMETIMES aliens, sent to earth to make a mess of my house. I love them all the same.
If I hadn't gone through the agony of childbirth with each one of them, I might be more easily convinced they were alilens.
I certainly never want to be without them again. That is something that should never happen to any Mom.

It's nice to here you had a great time!
We humans tend to miss our furry companions more than we would like to admit at times, don't we?
All but two of our seven cats have been deliberately killed,in one way or another, over the last two weeks. Whether it was our neighbors, or my ex-husband, I won't ever know. It's been really hard on the kids, too, as two of them died at their feet, having been poisoned by anti-freeze.
But, we are moving in 22 days! YES! So whomever is doing these horrible things will not know where to find us!
I have to go for now, though. I have a lot of packing to do.
Take care!

Thanks for your sympathy. I appreciate it greatly.
I am right in the middle of cooking an early Thanksgiving dinner for 16 people, so I can't spend a lot of time. (Three chickens, one turkey, a large pan of cabbage rolls, ten pounds of mashed potatoes, two pumpkin pies, stuffing and gravy.)
I will talk to you soon!

Spiritualist Church?
The Dragonlady~There are no ugly women in the world, only neglected ones! Posted Oct 12, 2002
Hi!
Thanks for the good thoughts.
What exactly is the Spiritualist Church? I've never heard of it.
When someone askes me what religion I am, I say.... "All of them". (It usually isn't received too well.)
Actually, I am an Ordained Minister, myself. REALLY! I decided that the trappings of the organized religions that spouted off theologies that went against the belief of all people having been created equal irritated me, so I became a Minister in a non-denominational church that valued ALL religions in every part of the world. No person is ever negated for their beliefs, and people who believe in harming other people are spoken to with respect rather than condemnation. "You can catch more flies with honey, than with vinegar", so to speak.
I thoroughly enjoy Reiki, and wish that you were near, so I could enjoy! I value the "non-traditional" methods of health and healing, as the westernized medicinal practices are often too invasive, and encourage the practice of pumping chemicals into a person's body to treat ills, rather than finding the root of the problem and altering lifestyles that harm, or contribute to the malady.
I am an avid believer in chiropractic care, theraputic massage, homeopathy, and common sense. Some people here think I am a left-over hippy from the 60's, that needs to "get with the times".
Then again, I also believe in solar energy, straw bale construction houses, and recycling.
Maybe I am a misplaced hippy?!
Well, I'm off to pack soon. Take care of yourself.
I will talk to you again.

Spiritualist Church?
FALLENANGEL Posted Oct 12, 2002
hi
A spiritualist church is where all people, regardless of religion, colour, creed can get together to seek spiritual understanding, healing and coversation with like minded people.the church provides mediums which give mediumship demonstrations to bring messages of peace and love to the people they left behind when they went to spirit, and also evidence of survival(i.e that the spirit lives on)
spiritualists believe that we are all spirit within a human body and that when we die our phtsical body remains but our spirit lives on,i believe there is no heaven and earth the spirit world is here now,all around us,almost like a 3rd dimensional world which we all have the ability to tune in it,to recieve guidance, love and wisdom.
its a very contraversial belief and we do tend to get a lot of "stick" for what we believe in,its a very deep issue with all types of different spiritual gifts involved,my development classes help me to get a deeper understanding and awareness of spirit, not forgetting my own spirit aswell!
please feel free to ask me anything you like on this subject, ill try and answer all your questions!
i also prefer alternative methods of healing, which concentrate on ourself rather than just the physical body
may the love and light be with you

Wonderful stuff!

Since I grew-up with the dubious title of "Kitchen Witch" (Every first female born in the generation has the gift of clairvoyance, and natural 'witchcraft'{for lack of a better word} abilities), I understand fully the concepts of which you speak. It is a pleasure to meet like-minded persons like yourself, who know that we are always involved with Spirit.
I will still have many questions, as my natural desire to learn more often gets the better of me.
I have received many visits from those preceeding me, including one from my Grandfather while I was in grade 6 History class, telling me that he had passed over. I left the class, much to the shagrin of my teacher- who could not force me to stay no matter what she did. I simply told her that my Grandfather had just died, and I needed to go to the hospital and see my family. After I left, my parents called the school to say they would be there to pick me up, and the poor teacher could only say that I had already left for the hospital. The teacher often either avoided me, or picked on me after that incident.
My family accepts me for who I am, but it has taken many years of me being "weird". My kids are not often shocked by our other 'visitors' anymore, as they have become a 'normal' part of our household. The kids usually just say something like.... "Hey, cool! There is somebody in the living room!", and leave it at that.
I do wish I had some extended experiences with speaking with others, as I could have used some guidance with all of the things I have been through in the last year. I do know that I have had others looking out after me, because I have had some really miraculous happenings that defy the natural.
Anyway, I just stopped in to the site to check on things for a minute. My son wants to phone his friend, and we have disl-up internet. So that means I have to get off the computer for now.
Take care of yourself!
Blessings to you!
Karen

We all have contact with Spirit every day.
I believe that we simply don't take the time to consciously connect, as our lives often seem too busy. I know that is my failing.
If we only took more care in paying attention to the seeming "hunches" we get when we are uncertain, or the "deja vu" experiences we have, or even the Spirit that speaks to us through our dreams, we would probably be more secure as people.
I guess I've gotten used to being considered weird by others. Sometimes I will take a risk and speak to people's needs, as a result of "hearing" something. And most of the time people are kind-of 'freaked-out', but accept it well. Some people actually want to hear more, and ask questions.
My (see my page) is really intrigued by the things I 'know' about him, but plays it down 'cause he's so conservative. I had to really learn to guage how to talk to him about some things at first. He thought I had known him in the past, and demanded to know how I knew so much.
I have really not developed any natural 'abilities', as my life has taken some really convoluted twists and turns. I sort-of had to protect myself from ridicule as a child, and decided as a result to 'hide' from the world.
Knowing truth and feeling unable to speak it has been a very difficult thing in my life.
Oh well. I guess I'll just go on being weird by myself.
I hope you are well. I know you are.
Packing takes energy, doesn't it?! I know I'm spent, and we're only half-way done packing our stuff. Just don't drop too many boxes on your toes, and you'll be fine.
I will talk to you soon.

spiritualists base their beliefs on the following 7 princip[les which id like to share with you
1)The fatherhood of god
2)The brotherhood of man
3)Communion of spirits and the ministry of angels
4)The continous existence of the human soul
5)Personal responsibility
6)Compensation and retribution hereafter for all the good and evil deeds done on earth
7)Eternal progress open to every human soul
Hope to speak to you again soon

Ah! If only more people were accountable for their own actions! I find it so aggrivating that most people I know want to blame someone or something else for the things they choose to do.
I also believe in the Motherhood of God. If God created man in His image, as it says in Genesis,.....
"....male and female created He them...."
If more people believed in the Fatherhood and Motherhood of God, and in fatherhood and motherhood of parents toward their children, there would be less chaos in our world.
Parents were created to be parents. Children NEED parents to guide and teach them. Chaos and despair reign when children are allowed to control the home.
I also believe in the ancient 'Rule of three'. Whatever we do unto someone else, good or bad, it will come back to us threefold.
Anyway, I am going to wander off now. I will talk to you again soon

Is there a public library near where you are moving, where you can access internet? The library in our little town has computers we can purchase time on, if we need to access the internet. It's not that expensive, either.
Get a good rest, Luv. Keep yourself in good health.
I will talk to you soon, though.
