darakat - Now with pockets!

Silent Words

Just a whisper
to make you shout it out
to make you angry
to make you without doubt

water on fire
man on the water
the sunlight is but here to scorch ya
is there a will
or is there a way
the silent words that we cannot say

when we sit down and think about it
the silent nothings
come up again

you cannot escape your destiny
a solider of war
in a empty field
the rain falling down
all around
the bang of a gun
and your off again

charge the hate
take the rain
and make it wait
see the scar
see what is happening this far

the black stuff
and the crap of it all
no justice or truth

water on fire
man on the water
the sunlight is but here to scorch ya
is there a will
or is there a way
the silent words that we cannot say

we reach out
we sing a song
we try to say
what we all mean
we try an give your souls
we try to be heard
but ignore us they do
and we don't give anymore than they stir
they sit on there high chairs
ignoring the silent words

we reach out
we sing a song
we try to say
what we all mean
we try an give your souls
we try to be heard
now its what we must do
now its what we have heard
we give up our life
so that we may be heard

we are the silent dozen
we are the reminder of the words
we are the given thoughts
or are we what was sung before?

to give up hope is to lose the war
to give up is what is easy
to give up is what they have done

tow in tow
to and throw
up and down
just be around
its what I did

just keep trying
even if they don't see
you know your right
you know you make sense
let us be

Just a whisper
to make you shout it out
to make you angry
to make you without doubt

water on fire
man on the water
the sunlight is but here to scorch ya
is there a will
or is there a way
the silent words that we cannot say

the silent words that are not said
the song that is not sung
the words that have no one
to believe
no one to sing
not a soul
or a cat
or a dog
or a rat

be again its is the say of lightning
the pray of the eagle
the metaphor of sight
its not what a thought beyond its sign
the is a door and its not your mind
I hope you understand
that there are silent words that cannot be said
that the silent words are coming with you instead
just be thankful
for the silent words that have not been said
the meaning of them is clear
just have it be
that you and me
know these silent words

darakat - Now with pockets!

It also has a change of key, and you can't imagine how hard that is to express with no music
