Hello Romani, I have some healing crystals and I tend forget to carry them with me.
I was told I had to have them in my hands all the time. Is that true?
Also do I have to douse them in water?

Hello Katrine! I don't know where Romani has disappeared to, but I can answer your question for you.
It isn't imperative to hold your crystals in your hand all the time, you can just as easily put them in your pocket, or handbag (if you have one and it wasn't grabbed away from the last person it hit!)
Dousing them with water? You can if you like, it is just as easy to cleanse them by blowing on them having positive thoughts at the same time. Whatever you do, don't cleanse them in salt water, that can be very bad for some crystals and even erode them.
What healing crystals is it that you have?

Hello Chikki.
I have Rose, white and black crystals, some are rough cut and smooth, they are to help me concentrate, relax and strengthen my mental powers. I got them 3 or 4 months ago at a local indoor market.

It has been rather quiet on the ld front. I think it is that flu that's been going around. When I was in Scotland and Ashington, Northumberland, the flu bug started towards the end of August and lasted until the end of April or early May.
