Loup please will you tell me when the campaign to save Southend Indoor market ie when they have a special market promoting their stalls as I would like to go there.

I am not very clear where the Indoor market is. Please tell me is it near the Southend Bus Station or in the Victoria Indoor shopping Centre near Southend Victoria Station.

Is there a petition been organised and will there be a petition to sign when I get to the Southend Indoor market and are people writing to Southend Council protesting about the planned closure.

just a little point that is often missed the local council have a thing called a UDP I think and its lists all the grounds for objection that are allowed well worth getting a copy

hi jon... yep everyone is doing fine..

the market stallholders have got something up their sleeves regarding the possible objections... if that works, the council won't be able to touch the market.. but i need as many details as possible before writing it down... then, once i've got all the infos i need, my entry will kill many birds with one stone so to speak...

Loup get that document its list the councils only reasons for objection (signing there own 'death warrent' but its the law) that they will hear look for ward to reading your finished page our fight for the playing fields are going well one of the 'councils' involved has said 'they' *dont* want it to go to a public inquery I wonder why........
Oh btw congrats on Big Sis ..(Serephina gets top marks for breaking out over the wall)

jon.. hehe.. ... fortunately i used my right to post official related stuff as much as possible [even so sometimes it was kinda borderline...]... that did help a bit... but missed out on contributing to some <./>AskH2G2</.> threads to which i really wanted to post to...

i will also use that document [or quote from it or whatever i can do without breaking the copyright rules] as it might give some ideas to other people in similar situations...
