I've given her the link for plain skin twice..(I think)..I don't think she's using it..as she's complaining about digibox crashing..

If you have time..could drop by her space..see if you can succeed..where I seem to have failed....

sounds familiar unfortunately...

some LDers have a tendency of trying to cope by themselves... can be frustrating at times i know...

i will try the "oh look at all the links we've got for you" approach... might work... and i will put the link for the plain skin entry in the list... she is bound to use it eventually...

i think she has contacted us before under her other account(s?!)... the name rings a bell... hopefully her curiosity about the bar and quotes section will push her to make full use of the plain skin...

at least her friend rubylove is already using the plain skin and has started contributing to the quotes section so who knows...
