I screen my phone calls and I also don't pick up any 1-8** caller IDs.
I moved six months ago, and I was rather impressed that my alma mater found my new home phone number despite my never having given it to them, nor having ever donated to them.
They don't understand that, in my case, persistence is futile.

I am very unhappy with this kind of bullying. I have the common sense to not forward any of such stuff, but I do not have enough common sense to happily ignore it and not to feel guilty about it. It's bullying, I have been bullied.
