h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Lil, the heating system was quite expensive. It was definitely not the low bid. It was supposed to be the cadillac of HVAC systems. And from what other people have told me, when they work properly they are. The manufacture swears that the problem is that it was never installed correctly. The installer denies this and says it has flaws in the manufacture. No one will accept responsibility. But, both have won. They've finally waited us out. We have no choice except to find a third party to get things in order for us.

Christiane, the trip to Niagra is going to be this summer, if we still make it. The roof on my house needs replaced. I hadn't counted on an expense like that this year, so I may not have enough money for a vacation.

Oh !! I am so sorry. I hoped that you would be able to get away.

So I wish you both well, and I am glad that you will have a good roof over your head for the next winter.Here it really is bitterly cold. I went and visited Keith where he is and got him a few things which he needed and it was freezing when I got out of the taxi.
