Just a few brief words
A native of Madison, Wisconsin, I am a student at Lawrence University, which is an extremely small private liberal arts school in Appleton, WI. Although Appleton, too, is rather small and unassuming, it's surprisingly noteworthy in having produced Harry Houdini, Sen. "Tailgunner Joe" McCarthy and Willem Dafoe, among others.
I am currently pursuing a major in Asian Studies with an emphasis on China and so, as of this writing, I study Mandarin chinese in Beijing, which is a place about as different from Wisconsin as is possible.
I regularly dabble in music as a violist and periodically try my hand at short story writing. Also, despite my great height I'm quite harmless.
