Hiya chicken!(along with sweetie and dolly i call people chicken.. don't ask...!
OMG! The gig was amazing!... oh but guess what?! The support band warmed-up the aundeince, Elbow's roadie's started setting up the equipment, then 30 minutes later the lights went down and a film thingy started at the back of the stage... then the lights went up and we thought that was part of the show or something... then the muisc cut... then we heard the fire alarm!!!!lol... we had to all be evacuated from the building and it was soooo freezing cold outside... i couldnt believe it! i mean Elbow were about to walk onstage. We could see them from the side door... poor them! anyway we eventually got back inside(still ogt near the front of the crowd much to my dads' delight) and we had a great gig. Really brilliant!
The bands frontman was really funny actually. He kept making jokes about the "fire"... o btw there was no fire... the fireman walked in and then walked back out. GrRrrRrRRRR!Llol
anyway twas fun.
yeah i got some notes for my French essay... still haven't did the essay though mind!:0 I 've also got a Spanish essay about the homeless to write... why did i choose these courses?! just kidding.
Oh the Darkness isn't for 2 weeks yet.
Oh i see... to be honest i wasn't great with chords until i joined the swing band at school and then i had to learn em because they only gave me the chord name and i basically had to improvise with it.
it's tense in the town? How come?
well have fun!... you'll be great.
spk soon!

Hei og hopp, din sopp (that's norwegian for hey, you mushroom)!
I usually only say that to Norwegians, but I've made a special exception for you...
Mwahahaha.... ahahahahaaaaaaa... That's just terriffic... Really great... Anyway, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it...
I've certainly learned loads down here... It's been a really interesting experience... I'll make a summary when I get home...
Well, I'm sure the essays will work out splendidly... Good luck.
Well, perhaps it's just a different kind of experience... Sort of like the differences between a classical and an electric guitar? The chords remain the same on both, but the technique is totally different.
Yeah, there are a lot of supressed emotions among the locals... It's hard to explain, but you just feel it... And seeing the ruins everywhere... The tombs... The minefields... It's just indescribable...
I'm really convinced that mankind has got a REALLY long way to go...
Thanks... It went great... The audience were really out of themselves... several people were crying when we (me, and the guitarplayer)did the bach-performance... It was really fun.

Well, it's a long story, involving a load of internal humour... So I don't think I will disclose it at the current
Anyway, it's old, I had better get a new one.

Hiya my fellow mushroom!
How do you say "fairy" in Norwegian? Im more of a fairy than a mushroom to be honest... i mean i saw going about college today with a pink coat, pink bag and pink kilt...!
Easyworld gig tomorrow! well Play & Sign actually.
well i did a test today in Spanish... went okay except i had a vodka and coke down the pub before i went to class... and here's me Little MIss Teetotal...!:lol nah i only drank it because my friend bought me it. Twas okay anyway.
Hmmmm okay yeah the Darkness have just came on tv!
hmmmm that's soooo sweet! You moved people to tears!... i've never did that!Lol
Oh i must confess... i got my hair cut yesterday. it ain't exactly short... just shorter...
ooooh better be off to my local supermarket the noo... all i want is a magazine!
Oh and do you think if i spraypainted a t-shirt it would come out when i washed it?... i've been pondering this for some time now.
spk soon!

Hullo, oh greatest of fungi...
Well, fairy in Norwegian would be "fe", but that could also mean cattle, or cow... So I wouldn't use that word. But we have another typical Norwegian fairytale-creature... The "nisse", which is something like a gnome... but not quite as ugly... And I'm NOT calling you a Nisse, or a gnome... I just felt like mentioning it...
Have fun! I have to do a science report (no rest for the wicked, not even the extremely wicked...)
Hahahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa... Gawd... a vodka and a coke at the pub??? Before a test??? That sounds... interesting... We had another weird night yesterday. Me and a guy from media sat up drinking cheap wine and analyzing Frank Zappa CD's... lol...
YAY... I just saw a CD with the darkness yesterday... I don't think they can be found anywhere in Norway... Alas I didn't have the money, since I'd just bought a Frank Zappa CD... And that record store was great... they had everything I could ever wish for.
You sure... never? I think it happens quite often... Only, people don't usually tell the musicians afterwards, because they are embarassed...
Och, that's allright. It probably looks great, besides, I've never said anything about my preference when it comes to length of hair... And I don't think I have any...
Ok, be sure to look for "Dilbert"... It can't be that uncommon... I've seen books in english with the stuff.
Naw, I'm sorry to disappoint you, but I've seen spraypaint on walls that have lasted for decades (which is really to bad, because it's hellishly ugly...). It's made to be water-resistant, and the soap won't help, I'm afraid...

Yaay!
You're back! I haven't been on for 2 days because i thought you'd be all jet-lagged and sleepy!
Ooooh cow isn't a nice word i must say.... people use it as a nasty name over here...
I know it sounds stupid. However the drink had been bought for me so it would have been bad manners not to drink it eh...?! I don't really drink much... but you and a bottle of wine?! lol... the analysing CD's sounds fun though.
A science report? Do many Norwegian teenagers commit suicide by any chance?! All this work and no play!
So tell all about Bosnia then!
wait... so you're telling me it won't come out of a t-shirt? No that's good! That's what i want! Im into customising clothes that's why.
I shall look for "Dilbert". I think i may have seen it in a newspaper.
spk soon!

Hi!
Naw, I can't allow myself to be jet-lagged, because I had to do a science report and a new-norwegian essay... Oh, the horror...
True, true, we do that over here too, but it means both, anyway, that's why I wouldn't call you a "fe"...
Yup, you're right, though, I wouldn't have drunk it even if someone had bought it for me... Didn't I mention that I like wine? Maybe not... Anyway... it was more like two glasses for me, and five for him (I drink wine for cultural purposes, which means slowly). But yeah, I forgot you haven't listened to Zappa... You really should... But you have to pick the right songs. He has made loads of CD's, I found 46 in one CD-shop in Croatia. Frank Zappa made contemporary music, and he also made drinking-songs... His most famous number is named "Titties and Beer"... And his band was the first ever to play "Louie, Louie" on the HUGE victorian organ in Royal Albert hall... Now that's a cultural barbarian if I ever heard of one...lol. But he's not too rude, though, he just enjoyed taking control of the audience, and forcing old beer-drinkers into listening to contemporary music, and making culturally "enlightened" contemporary-enthusiasts listen to drinking songs... lol
Anyway, cheap wine and Frank Zappa go hand in hand...
Well, I also had guitar homework for today, and that's fun. But you are right, Norway has got one of the highest suicide rates among youngsters today. I think Japan is the only country to beat us there... Just proves that material wealth is not the meaning of life...
Will do... tomorrow.... or the day after that...
Ahh... ok, then you may indeed do it. Spraypaint is water proof...
OK... good.

Hello...
Yeah, I figured... But it is true, though... unfortunate, but true... Anyway, I'm still alive, and none of my friends have commited suicide, yet...
YAY... I suppose many musicians do... After all, he is a musical genius...
Naw... You're probably more polite than I am... Btw, did I tell you that Aleks ordered milk at a bar in Bosnia... Lol... He even got it for free, since he was the first buy ever to order it...
Well, it's an aquired taste, especially red wine... But I've spent some time aquiring it too. Our neighbour has a huge wine cellar, so I've aquiring the taste through fine old vintages(85 was an excellent year, I must say)... And I really don't like beer, for some inexplicable reason, how tragic is that?
Good luck...

Hi again...
Well, I'm sorry, but I still haven't seen Monsters Inc. Everyone says it's great, but I haven't found the time to watch it...
Anyway, it's Stanley Kubrik tonight... A Clockwork Orange... That'll probably be interesting, and possibly icky.

Hei på deg!
Perfect usage of "Heisann", I must say... You are a lingusitic talent...
Naw, that's right, they didn't have it, so the waiter had to run off and buy it at a local mini-market(he found it hellishly amusing too)...
True enough... I wonder how a wine-belly would look though, or perhaps it only affects your nose...?
Well, it was good... in a way... It is positively the weirdest movie I've ever seen... And quite... icky... Anyway, it was qiute entertaining, but I'm still trying to figure out what it was all about...

Who, me?
Mocking?
Naw, seriously, you're studying French, Italian and Spanish, and you're fluent in English, obviously... I'd say that you definately have an interests in languages... And your teacher said that you've got brains... so...
True, true, but like I said, it might affect your nose... Ever wondered why Rudolf _is_ a red-nosed raindeer?
Naw, still working on it, but I'm also working on a report, and two piano pieces, and three marimba pieces, plus two ensemble pieces, plus the stuff for DKO, plus technique exercises, plus two guitar pieces... argh.
