h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Hi Miztres,

Your story "Mo's" has been selected for the Underguide, and I've been assigned as the "gem polisher" (our version of sub-editor). I copied the entry onto a new page, and it's marked "draft" so it won't get confused with the real thing. I haven't made any changes to it yet, but what I usually do is mark changes in red letters, and then we can discuss whether you agree with the proposed changes.

The draft copy is at A1916471 and I'll drop another message here for you when I make changes to it.

After we get it how we like it, then it's turned over to the Underguide Editors for final touches, then the h2g2 Editors look it over to make sure it's acceptable, and then if everything works out right, they'll put it in line to appear on the front page of h2g2.

Okay, Jodan, it's all yours. Last comment I have, should have checked around earlier, but I don't know if the word "boongs" is going to generate a lot of controversy among Australians. Someone might yikes it. On the other hand, the word is discussed in the story, and doesn't necessarily mean that the author is racist for showing a character make careless racist remarks. Just wanted to bring that to your attention.
