Hi! I'm fine thanks, although I taste like onion. Well, it's not so bad for me, but people are refusing to come within three feet of me now.
So how are you? And how, out of interest, did you end up here?

Nah, lurking's fun. You meet all kinds of people that way.
I read your PS... So you like Doctor Who? I have a MASSIVE crush on Chris Eccleston...

Are you a Doctor Who fan or just a Christopher Eccelston one?
I like him as well! Though mainly because he was totaly amazeing as the Doctor.

I'm a Doctor Who fan. To be honest my crush isn't on Chris, it's on his Doctor characterisation... And that Mancunian accent...
I only really got into Doctor Who from the new series, I used to watch repeats in the early 90's, but never got anything on dvd or whatever. But I seriously loved that recent series... *sigh*

It's the same with me! I'm only 18 so far to young to remmber the original. It is a wondefull show isn't it?
The thing with the ninth doctor i've found is people want to wrap him up in cotton wool and look after him. I feel a little like that myself!

Nah, he's a strong bloke... Mancunians often are... I'd kill for a look in his TARDIS...
I liked the mutuality he had with Rose, it was great, much better than previous companions who've been really 2-d stereotypes.

people say that but i don't really see it, too me he's actually quite a soulfull charictor, i wrote an article about the Ninth Doctor got into the edited guide.
Rose is a rather unique charictor, they are very much equals. Though saying that i'm not too fond of Rose. For me it's very much about the Doctor.
Oh yeh what do you think of David Tennent then>?

Well, I haven't really seen him since I don't have a TV now. But I've gotta say, I doubt he'll be as good as Eccleston. I was dead dissapointed that he only did one series.

This is, i supose, the point to confess that i'm totaly and utterly in love with David Tennent. He did this little clip for Children in need. He's amazeing!

Well, I'll believe it when I see it. He's not playing the Doctor with a Scottish accent though, is he? I find that a little strange.

I dunno, a Scottish doctor might be quite cool. It'd be like he was progressing gradually North... He might end up Icelandic or something...

Now theres a great idea! Though here's a question. Why is the doctor always english?

I don't know... Because it's made by a British company based in London, perhaps? I'm hoping they bring back some other time lords... I'm sure the Master can't be dead...

I really hope they don't! Though i'll admit it would be fun to see the master getting rid of gallifrey was a good move, kept the past sepearate so to speak. Plus added a tragic element to the Doc's charictor that i kinda like. Personally i think he destroyed gallifrey!

It's just a weird little theroy I have. Perhaps he did it to defeat the daleks, in my opinion he won't have had any other choice.

Fish's Freak Posted Dec 7, 2005
I think there were certain hints dropped throughout the series that the Doctor had more to do with the destruction of Gallifrey than he lets on, so you may be right.
