I'm sorry I didn't see your post earlier - I tend not to be much online these days, the laptop is about to pack it in I think.

Obviously, same wishes for the two and a half of you over there - you could even tell me what you did!

We had my little sister visit, with a friend, so ended up not doing much romantic, couply things. In fact, when we did go out for dinner, I ended up with food poisoning. Bleh.

Not much! I spent most of the day in bed....alone! And if I had to choose, I problably wouldn't have chosen the throwing up either as it doesn't exactly put one in the mood!

Being preggers meant I couldn't have the champagne that we set aside at the wedding for our first anniversary either but we did drink alcohol-free beer out of our good champagne glasses

So not the most romantic of days for us either, but with good reason so I can't complain.

For the 4 years - OMG!

Happy anniversary for yesterday Hope you had a good day. We've been stuck in as the boys have had chicken pox so am looking forward to our anniversary next year when for the first time I shouldn't be either pregnant or breastfeeding like I have been for the first four!

How are you feeling?

Heh, we didn't do much either, really. I'm still not up for eating gorgeous food in enormous quantities, can't do much walking and hardly any sitting up straight, so most nice restaurants are out.

I did make a nice home-made curry and DT played his acoustic guitar for me for the first time ever. It was all and and stuff - I even sang along.

All in all, it was a nice evening, but not that different from non-anniversary nice evenings. We are planning to make up for it once I'm feeling 100% but don't know quite when that will be.

I guess you're done with kids then, while I haven't even started. Wow. That is quite something to have achieved.

I'm not sure if we're stopping at 2 but I do know I don't want one for a while. If we did have another then I'd like to wait until at least summer 2011. I need a break from sleepless nights!
