Hi i feel a lot better 2 day,slept most of yesterday,it was the worst migraine that ive ever had.

I am very sorry that you had such a bad migraine.

Here are some herbal remedies that may help you.

Feverfew: leaf eat three to five fresh leaves between slices of bread daily to reduce migraines. 70% of patients experienced reduced migraines. It also can be taken as a tea: half a cup (125ml) of leaf eaf tea twice a day to reduce the pain of migraine.

Lavender and valerian. Drink valerian, skullcap in and infusion of lavender flowers three times a day.

Chamomile tea or rosemary tea can also help.

Hi Kat,thinks 4 the advice,now i know what 2 do and try 2 reduce the migraines,yesterday was the worst one i ever had,and 2 be honest still ha had a bit off it when i got up,but thank god its gone ne now.
