I hope you are keeping well. I am well but a bit rushed off my feet. I have bought some presents for sister who has moved into her new flat. I have to go out again as I forgot to get the selotape.

I tried to go to the library and use the PC their put all them were being used. I could not wait so I did some shopping.

It is very warm and sunny here, which I like. Thank you for the and . I thought bought some peppermint and traditionally made ginger . When I was very little I hated eating Farleys biscuits but enjoyed eating ginger biscuits even though I found them hot.

I am sorry that your and that you did not sleep well.

When I cannot sleep (when I remember to do it) I pinch my earlobe with my thumb and finger, counting 20 seconds, slowly release counting 5 and then continue for at least 5 minutes. This is the most reliable form for accupuncture for me.

I am feel well thanks, the pavements in Grays are cracked and broken and my ankle always gives when I go out.

I managed to get the selotape for my sister but got the coloured bright tape.

the pavements arent to bad round here they r them little chippings over the pavements..thats a shame about the pavements where u r n with ur ankle

I am sorry that you did not sleep well and are having problems sleeping. I am now having problems keeping awake. For some reason every Sunday I always sleep through out the day. I felt very tired today. I am not good at getting up in the morning.

howz u 2day..??..im not to bad thanx my headache as gone this morning yipeeeeee i hope i have a dayz break 2day from it as the headaches did hurt alot..im to hear u r having probs keeping awake that is terrible i used to have probs with that as i take some medication which makes me feel sleepy..
howz the weather where u r 2day..??..it looks nice here 2day it was a bit humid during the night thou as i didnt sleep 2 good
firestarter is a film based on a novel by stephan king..the second part on firestarter 2 is on 2nite it was really good lastnite thou too but me n my dad did pick out a few mistakes they made
what r u upto 2day..??..have u tried the tips that i gave u with drawing yet..??

Hello Lisa

I hope you are keeping well. I am getting less tired as I becoming more relaxed.

I have tried your tips in drawing but I think what will help is when I get some tracing paper. I have got an A3 sketch pad. I have also used stencils for doing circles. When I did sketching regurlarly I was better at doing birds and scenery. Your tips have been very helpful.

I have been able to stay up as long as I used to anymore but hopefully when I start combatting stress I will able to back to my usual self.

I hope that you will be soon free from your headaches.

Thank you for the and for the . Soon Star Trek will be on Sky1. I have been recommended a programme called the Dead Zone and it is on the Sci-fi channel at 8:30pm on Thursdays.

howz u 2day..??..im feeling a bit stuffed up 2day mind u the weather here as changed yet again n its really grey outside so that wont help my cold..but i did sleep better lastnite..did u sleep ok lastnite kat..??
i also watch the dead zone on sci-fi but missed it last week as i was watching something else
me n my parents went out lastnite for a 2 pints
my is alot better 2day his back to his bubbly self which is great as i hated seeing him down me n my dad reacon that it could be because his life as suddenly changed as he is treated 100% better here than with his previous owner
so what r u upto 2day..??
im so glad that the tips i gave u have helped if at anytime u want anymore tips plz ask me i did a good drawin y/day i have to finish it off 2day im pretty good at drawing animals too i find that dogs n cats r good to draw n birds

I started the Empowerment course yesterday. Next Thursday will be very busy as I have the Empowerment course and the Creative Writing course all on one day.

howz u 2day..??..im not to bad thanx apart from my foot on thursday i went into the kitchen n my eldest cat was sitting in the middle of the floor n as i went to stride over her my toes went under my foot n as i put my foot down my toes were still under n they went with a massive crunch n ive broke my big toe n fractured 2 other toes..ouch
ive now got my foot in bandage for 6 wks the doctor says i cant wear trainers for 6 wks so im wearing my slippers now as i normally wear a pair of socks round the house or i dont bother wearing any footwear just bare feet
anyway i am glad that u r sleeping better n ur throat is alot better too
what do u do at the empowerment course as i havent heard of it before..??
carrot is very nice but most shops sell it with icing on top but that way isnt very nice it tastes alot better without icing
we have just come back from a carboot it was pretty good i got my a new coller n he loves it as he seemed as thou he was possing when i put it on him i also got some multi coloured plain paper 200 sheets for £1.00 good bargain that was

Thank you for your kindness, I have been very worried about applying for a carers benefit. It is a very complicated process and it takes up to 6 weeks to process applications. I read the pamphlet given to me and it said carers may receive carers allowance if they want a break.

I went into Morrison's today and I tried to get rock . It seems that they do not make anymore. I got very wet yesterday and my feet were soaking wet.

im sorry to hear about the carers benifit i dont see why they take so long to process things as the law is so wrong isnt it..??..a friend of mine used to have carers benifit n they waited ages till someone got back in touch with them about it..it does work out better thou if ur a carer getting carers allowence as u could alwayz have a break..i really hope u hear something soon ill keep my fingers crossed for u
so what have u been upto 2day..??..ive been a bit busy n we went shopping 2day at tescos it took a while to find the bisto as they r changing all of the supermarket round..which is a bit annoying as everything as been moved..

I am feeling fine today. I hope that your foot is not still bothering you. I am happy that your headaches have calmed down a bit. I have had problems posting here (it also effects when I watch tv digi progs) the screen goes very dark and I cannot see what I am reading and what I am posting, it has been like that for a least a day. It has only just now got back to normal. I went shopping and I got a pair of trousers and a blouse and for my Mam 2 skirts and a blouse.

The woman at Grays Job centre said that it should not take much time to process my carers allowance application. She said I should wait at least a week and then telephone. Preston is the place where they do the carers applications processed.

I find that supermarkets are always moving things around it makes shopping alot harder.

I have had Danish whirls and they are very nice but I have never tried snack-a-jacks.

Thanks for the and for the . The last time I had Bovril crisps was over 13 years ago when I was living in Harold Hill in Essex. I have never had them since.

it sounds like u had a fun time shopping for clothes n its nice of u to get ur mum some clothes too..ive not really been upto much 2day ive mainly been drawing as the weather hasnt been to good here 2day whats the weather like where u r..??..ive also made a few notes for my written work for my portfolio but ive got to re-write them all as its just on seprate pieces of paper..i had some bad news y/day i had a phone call y/day while we was all out n i managed to get back in touch with the company lastnite n it was a gay club in birmingham they wanted me to do 3 designs for the club n put the designs on the walls in there n they would of payed me £8000 but beens i wasnt in they asked someone else to do it so i was very gutted as i would of loved to do that..they have said thou that they will give my number n name to other clubs thou which is good
