Sian It's just learning how to switch off and concentrate on my breathing. I let my mind drift off and imagine I am somewhere else, ie on a beach or in the sea and that all my problems have disappeared, no aromatherapy involved. I can use aromatherapy in massage or in reflexology (massaging my feet).

I often find my mind wandering not a good thing sometimes but we are all guilty of it at one time or another. Obviously I understand you mean something slightly different but still...

I read in a book saying daydreaming is good for you and as children we have a vivid imagination which we use to escape from the problems of life and in the book I have it says we must relearn to help us cope with life's stress and strains.

Good Morning Opticalillusion and Sian, No I have not got a partner and not even a boyfriend. No I have not had a boyfriend since 1987. I have not been looking for one. I love my own company and I like the freedom to be myself and do what I like. I am not lonely becuase I have not got a boyfriend or partener. I hope you are both keeping well today.
