Depression and S.A.D. are no stranger to this site either. There are a number of folks who struggle with those. You will find varied challenges at the Nation. That is why I would like to add the *Umain* title, just to open it up more. All challenges have things in commonAll people get down from time to time.

So what do you need besides information?
Need to talk or scream or laugh or to get a plan?
Need to ditch a plan or expose your plan to new ideas?
Can you not plan? Common ME problem!

I have a blood test and I am going to see the results tomorrow as I was complaining to the doctor about being run down. I have been on a course on vitamins but it as not helped. I have had blood tests before but they have found nothing wrong with me.

I feel very motiveless and I am unable to plan anything. No I have not seen the 360 large alternative medicine site. Thank you for telling me. I live a rather isolated life, I find it hard to make friends as I find it hard to start or continue a conversation.

I have started a course for women in helping them choose their direction in life. I hope it will help me.

I come here almost daily. I have only a couple friends in town. Several went back to the midwestern US, when the cost of living raised here. My husband & I both have large families but nobody in town. A few of his are 5 hours away, the rest 12 hours. Mine are 17 hours away. Good thing I like my hubby!

I have more daily convos now ,than I did before h2g2! Some folks use email & IM also!
