DarkElf - Thingite of Doomliness and Other Assorted Misguided Doings - 6*(92/8)-(9*3)

Hey there,
I'm kinda new here, and I had a small question. You being both the founder of the Society and an ACE, it works out well smiley - biggrin

Anyway, I was just wondering how the Spy Society worked. I mean, if you're one of the gadgeteers, do you have to submit new gadget designs every so-mugh-amount-of-time? And as for agents, how are missions done? Mind you, I've done freeform RP for years, so, if that's how it's all played out, that's all the say that's needed. Otherwise, I'd really appreciate an explanation, because it looks like something I'd be interested in. Thanks for your time smiley - smiley

When I first started the society I wondered if eventually we would have gadgetary people making new items etc but that never really happened. We did sometimes ask the gadget people what new equipment they had, and it certainly featured, but now all the department variance is just so people have their own jobs really...

As to the missions everyone takes part and randomly posts saying what they are going to do. I set the task/s and they get on with it! Recently I've implemented a policy which allows members of the society to act as enemies in a mission if they wish to (they state at the start that they will do that) and that adds some variance as well... we're pretty casual about regulations and stuff but we do follow the rules on continuity... I can't find the page with the list I used originally, but this page: A1937702 gives you a good idea of what they are.

If I haven't explained anything properly please let me know!
