I've noticed that you've just cleared the new users list, (what I was going to have a bash at later on this afternoon, so 
for that.)
Could I be so bold as to ask you to change the message for the future. Can you include a caveat in your comment about Peer Review that new users should read the Writing-Guidelines *before* they try submitting anything.
