Hope you don't mind me asking but I am a newbie, I'm having problems getting a LINK to work in a conversation. I've managed to do it on my page. Do I type the same Guide ML text in a conversation????? Cos it just shows A690518 like this!!! Instead of the link in blue.
I'm all 
so help would be appreciated!
