i discovered the matrix upgraded a couple days ago, but i really can't figure out the chronological order. could you help me out? maybe give me a list of the stories in order? thanks!

I think you can consider Upgraded more or less collapsed.
SerjTankian has disappeared from h2g2 so I can't get in to help him write it!
Did you mean story as in the three characters or the whole thing?

It isn't finished. But it's done. SerjTankian isn't around so I can't even finish for him.
You could go on SerjTankian's space as that will have the pages at the bottom.
