I'm 47, male from Glasgow, working in London at present with a long history of blowing against the empire. Needless to say, Milton Friedman,Henry Kissinger,Tom Clancy and that grocer woman do not figure in my list of good guys, while Tony Benn, Noam Chomsky,Tommy Sheridan and Jorge Luis Borges do.
I spent some years as a volunteer with an asbestos victims' support group and regard this issue as the great unknown conspiracy scandal of the 20th century. I know more about this subject than any 10 experts you care to name ( I probably know the experts too). This is not braggadoccio on my part, more a reflection of the cynical disdain with which "working class" diseases are regarded by our governments and the so called caring professions. I was once asked what my qualifications were and replied that I had a library ticket and could read, and had read the literature and stats, something the expert constituency seemed to have overlooked.
I'm also engaged in the campaign to resolve our insane and absurd drug laws, drink Staropramen beer and support the only team in Scotland(and, soon, England) - Celtic.
I also am convinced that there ain't no Sanity Clause.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
