Hi Bels,
Thanks for the light touch with the editors red pen on my piece. Hope it did not make you itch reading it through!
I am v.happy with the style changes I think the adding of sub headings makes it easier for the reader to navigate around.
I presume you will add subheadings to the other parts of the house from the bathroom onwards inclusding the section on arthropods. Does the Library need a sub heading even if there is only one insect living there?
Minor points.
Living room.... Devil's coach horse space after bracked around latin name required
The flies have turned blue , must be that the heating is off!
Only issue is the title. I think we need 'Houses' rather than 'Habitats' as the latter is too generic and it was trying to give the sence that Humans are the visitors in their own homes.
Anyway give me a shout when you feel it is ready for the next stage.

Bels,
Hi again!
Realise why the Flies are blue. Not cold just hyperlinked. Thats the trouble with reading of paper!

Itchy? Not at all - it was rather pleasant. Rather more so, in fact, than another sub of mine - A757488 Parasitoid Insects.
Anyway I've done the rest of the subheaders. Re the blue flies - you must be in Brunel, I would guess. Anyways I've fixed that.
So that should be it from your end now?

Bels,
Yes that all looks fine. Great job
Popped over to the article on Parasites. See what you mean. Makes mine a bit tame!
Is it considered appropriate/ of value to suggest reference books related to topics in which case I would like to have recommended:- The Field Guide to Insects of Britain and Northern Europe by Michael Chinery Publr Collins.
Does one get the opportunity to have a graphic pasted in? Quite understand I went over the top with the draft but if one could be added one as a finishing touch that would be good.
Thanks again for the sympathetic treatment.

Sorry, no graphics! House Rules and all that.
I'll add a mention of that book.
There's one of similar name by Bob Gibbons, and another one by Chinery on Western rather than Northen Europe. All very confusing.
However I have looked up the correct details and ISBN No.

Bels,
The one I mean has the ISBN: 0002199181 3rd edition. It is mis catalogued I noticed also as Western Europe in some places but is correct on Amazon
By the way by graphics I mean pictures which seem to be fairly liberally used in H2G2.
thanks again

OK I'll change the ISBN.
Graphics or 'blobs' are widely used, but special ones are used for the Edited Guide, done inhouse or by the Community Artists. It's ultra vires the likes of us, I'm afraid.
Final green light now?

Actually the ISBN I gave is the same as yours, so that's OK. I think the 'Western' one is a pocket guide. I've added '3rd edition'.

Bels,
Sorry to come back to you once again on this one but noticed the name of this article has changed again. I mentioned a few posting up a bit that it was important that the artical conveyed the sense that humans were living in the houses occupied by insects. Did the editors make this change or was I dreaming before when I thought you had changed it back along the lines I had requested. Either way can we have it back the way it was? If I need to speak to anyone else on this how do I do this?

Topher,
This change was made after I sent it back inhouse. You can post to <./>Feedback-Editorial</.> to discuss it with them.
