Hi RC,
Just dropped around after reading your depression postings. Sorry to hear that things are going badly. I was going to post, but then thought that hearing from someone who has been suffering on and off for around 30 years would not be terribly useful, except that I am still here...
The main reason I wanted to say hi was because I saw you have put, on your PS, that you are a Morris Dancer. Which side and tradition? Cotswold, Northwest, Border, Rapper, Sword? I haven't danced for many years, but am a third generation Morrisman. Both my maternal grandfather and my father danced for Bedford Morris, with my Dad also dancing for other sides, while my Dad's brother and son danced for Offley. I danced for Wantsum (Kent) and Leigham Vale (london) (all Cotswold sides) and also Offcumduns (Kent) which are a North-West Clog side. I am more of a Musician now, and can recommend the Morris-On albums if you like a bit of fun.
I have just returned from the 40th Broadstairs Folk Festival, having attended the first one when I was 5 years old. I have also been involved in general folk dancing, and currently play in a Folk Band called Crooked Stovepipe, based in Croydon and play electric violin (the Lyra) It can be seen at the address below. Mine is red and black.

Please feel free to contact me regarding Folk or Morris-related subjects, as we are rather thin on the ground.
Take care, and shall post to the original thread tomorrow. Must dash, office is closing.
Stay well and
