Hi Haylle smiley - smiley

Here's a better link (I hope) about the soy issue:

http://www.westonaprice.org/soy/soy_studies.html

I think it's good to read a range of views on the debate, but that site has the basic issues outlined. Here's their soy pages:

http://www.westonaprice.org/cgi-script/csSearchPro/csSearchPro.cgi?command=query&terms=soy&mbool=AND&mcase=Insensitive

There's been a bit of critique of the weston price work so you should be able to find the pro-soy info too online, that specifically addresses the criticisms of soy.

I've been thinking quite alot about the question you posed in the cat food thread, about whether different forms of protein differ significantly. I've only gotten as far as thinking about amino acid quantities and proportions and how that might affect the quality of the protein and what is available to the animal/person ingesting. I thought I'd ask as Science Explained to see if anyone there knows.

It's an interesting question.

smiley - cheers
kea.
