generally with the URLs if it's got A...... or U....... you can just put that in, if it's something like the Post or Peer Review it's safer to put the whole URL

Hi Em thank you for your reply,This a very good site but I cannot spend as much time here as I would like,but the time I am spending here is enjoyable,and I am slowly getting the hang of it.
