Hi fell man, sorry I have not got back to you sooner but I have just had a new computer and had some teething problemes (ie the dam thing would not work)
if you want to put a smiley when you are post to any one then just put the name of the smiley inbetween < here >..you can get to the smiley page by clicking on any smiley like this one >>

now on to your page. Everthing has to go in between the words
so you have the word at the start of the page and then you have the word
at the end ,and I dont think you need the word
on there yet, try that and let me know how you have got on.
If you want to put a smiley on your page then you have to put it like this

( XXXXXXX being the name of the smiley )
