A-ha!
Right. There's two things you need to do.
1. Use the tag in GuideML.
2. Use the tag too.
If you use http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/brunel/testuserpage196968 you can see the code for my page. On the fifth or sixth line down there should be a bit starting with a marquee tag. Copy that lot in and you'll get the same effect as I do.
For more on marquee, go to A789942. You can build your own thing.
