Not easy. Especially with Xmas coming up. It'll be weird to be doing the celebrations without her. I'm dreading it.
Every morning I wake up and weep that the world hasn't gone away.

Christmas is always the toughie.

But you'll not be the only one feeling lonely at that time of year. And if you retreated to your bed and pulled the covers over your head until it was all over, you wouldn't be the first.

So anything positive you do manage to do, is a bonus! Will you be with family?

Yeah. Mum and Dad. Bless 'em. Thing is, they are gutted too because they LOVED my Ex.
Shouldn't piss and moan I suppose. I have a good enough job and some great friends and people are wanting to 'set me up' with ladies. I guess I just have to stick my chin up in the air.

Well, I'm glad you have somewhere comfortable to be, and that they are fully aware of the situation. And d'you know - I think it's probably better to think well of someone than to turn nasty and go "Oh she wasn't good enough for you anyway", which sounds supportive, but is just demeaning.

Get out there and stand under some mistletoe!
