Hi - Bassman here.
I'm on a mission to get more widely known amongst the H2G2 researchers - and to make some new friends. I am employing the "Send a message to whoever's name is next to mine on the Who's Online list" method....
Guess what.... It's your turn today
I see you're a Cynic and a member of the Classic Goo and Queen fan clubs - Me too!!

Rockin'!
Yuppers, I join lots of aka's groups 'cos they're just awesome.. and I happen to actually have the required traits for them (i.e. liking Queen, using Classic Goo, eating cheesecake..)
It's fun to go introduce yourself to new people.. I kind of look at H2 as my own personal chat room, and of course everyone wants to hear from me Sound egotistical don't i? (I'm not)
So how's things?
-Peter, the girl.

Things are cool. I'm a little achy at the moment, I gave myself a good work out at the gym today - and yesterday - finding muscles I didn't know I had, or had forgotten about. I've got that content but knackered feeling....

Ack! A gym person! I'm very anti-movement of any kind.. Although I'm about to go toss myself in the pool, it's quite hot in here!
Glad you're enjoying your workout high..

I'm a Flight Simulator Maintenance Engineer - that's why I'm the Patron Saint of Flight Simulation
It has it's moments. I've been sorting out all the spares we've been supplied with for our new machine, a tedious job but somebody's got to do it I suppose.
A girl called Ben & Lighthousegirl have both been for a little fly, which they both enjoyed.

Right on!
Hey tedium is highly underrated.. I actually kind of like having a boring job.. Gives me more time to think.
Hey, flight simulators sound like a fun ride..

I was sitting watching one of the other guys flying the other night, I thought my single engine flying was much better than his with both engines going!!

I'm not too bad. I'd like to know how many flying hours I've done over the last 22 years, that would be an interesting statistic....

If I only did a couple of hours a week - that would be over 2000 Hrs in total. I never thought it would have beenas much as that

I don't get that much uninterrupted time when I'm not at w**k. You have me beaten - I know my match when I see it....
