Were you ever Nog?
Cheerful Dragon Started conversation May 25, 2003
Way back in my murky youth I did an apprenticeship at GEC Telecomm. Ltd in Coventry. One of my fellow apprentices was known as 'Nog', short for 'Noggin the Nog'. I don't suppose that was you, by any chance?

I'm afraid he must have been an impostor - I've never been to Coventry. Though my sister lived there for a time.
You're not related to Groliffe the ice dragon by any chance?

'Fraid not. Although I have some Scandinavian blood in me (on my mother's side of the family), I'm no ice dragon. I'm not exactly sure what kind of dragon I am. Not a Welsh one (red's not my colour) and not Chinese, although their dragons are beautiful. I'm not one of those aggressive-looking ones you see in the shops a lot, either. I'm a friendly dragon, as long as people are nice to me.

Well, just to add to the confusion I'm now a Welsh Nog, living just up the road from hootoo's wizard of the red dragon. Small world isn't it?
