Lost Prophet
Hello.
Sorry but that's the best introductory introduction I could think of at 1 AM.
And so to bussiness; a short biography I guess.
I'm 19, awaiting a course in Computing in Nottingham, and am currently writing a fantasy book - Non-erotic fantasy I might add...had I not just mentioned it. There are far too many fantasies of that nature in my fickle adolescent brain to put on paper and, in standard male fashion, none of them have even the slightest hint of a plot. My ultimate ambition is to become a professional writer - although I should add that I was forced to consult a dictionary to see if I had spelt 'writer' right...I hadn't...like I say it's my ultimate ambition.
These are just a few of my favorite things...Music, Guitars, Writing, The play of sunlight across water, The smell of freshly cut grass, Love, Remembering the better things and chirishing past mistake for what they made you today, Iconoclasm, The strength to follow your dreams even when they don't follow you, Knowledge, The blade of truth no matter how deep it cuts, Lucid Dreaming, Freedom of thought if not of speech, People who aren't affraid to cry, The sound of babies laughing, and last but not least the ability to communicate - which we use so often and yet so rarely stop to contemplate its significance.
To The Men Out There: When someone says they want to be alone they usualy want a shoulder to cry on. Crying is not a sign of weakness, it's a sign you are A) emotionaly mature and capable, B) intelligent enough to realise that, and C) confident enough not to care what people think of you. Contrary to popular belief football is infact very boring, what you're enjoying is the constant supply of beer and snacks. Alcohol is only a great aphrodesiac for you! Support your partner, after all if they're dumb enough to put up with your idiosynchrasies then they probably need it.
To The Women Out There: Most men are a fickle breed, please forgive their lacking appretiation of all things feminine. When you unzip to find far less that he professed don't laugh out loud, cry inside. When you can't think of anything else to say, don't say 'Is it in yet?'. When he's got too much to say, say 'Is it in yet?'. If men had babies the human race would die out in one generation. If every man understood the consequence of his actions they'd never move. If every women understood the consequences of her actions, there'd be no men.
A hug is worth a thousand words.
Each letter is a hour,
And each word can make my day,
It's not how long your sentence is,
But what your words all choose to say.
A star for every tear they shed,
And a tear for every star that watched them while they bled.
