What is up with the heat at the moment? It just won't let off... I've literraly had to migrate downstairs it being far too hot to do anything upstairs. It's far too hot to be near the laptop too.

Oh, for the coldness of November...

But all the same, we should be due storms soon, right?

Know the feeling. I'm swealtering in this heat and to further add to it have to act my socks off in it in a play too. Thunder usually follows the hot summer heat but I can't tell you when this will occur I'm afraid. All I do know is that when it happens our will be puffing like a steam train and trying to go upstairs to hide.

...And my cats will be cowering under the bed...

Ugh, it's always hotter onstage if you have lots of lighting, too. Poor mite. Seems to have been cooler the past couple of days though, so hopefully it's on it's way off...

"Thundering Elevator"... Doesn't have much of a ring to it. How about "Thor's Elevator"?

You know my feelings on the heat thing... arrrrghhhhh...

I got caught in a torrential downpour on Saturday. Absolutely drenched I was, the sky went so dark that the street lights all went out, and there were impromptu rivers setting themselves up in the town centre. 30 minutes of rain I haven't seen the like of for a long time, and it stops, and out comes the sun like nothing happened.

I want snow.

Hey, what's wrong with me having a sex change to become the manly manly god of Thunder? I mean, if I /had/ to be a man, I'd at least do it properly in a norse sense and get to wear a silly hat.

I'd love to be caught in a torrential downpour around about now. Although I say that, and I /did/ happen to get hit by a water bomb on my way home. Not really quite the same though. Snow. Snow would be good. Snow outside, hot coffe-mocha and anything on the tele involving Lenord Nimoy. I think that would be fantastic right about now.
