how you feeling today? whenever i feel a cold coming on,i get the brandy out and try and nip it in the bud,but then again,i like to have a nip now n then
i yorkshires too,when the kids where little i used to make toad in the hole every bonfire night,i still make them sometimes as a mid week snack,
congrats to your team doin well in ice hockey
i got an early start today 2 till 10 its crufts week so we are fairly busy..i cant believe they allow the dogs in the hotel and some of them sneak them into there rooms
anyway hope your cold clears up soon

oh dear,so you need more than a hot toddy then,you'll have to get trish to give you some remedies,i only know the alcholic ones ..
Actually crufts finished on sunday,but quite a few people stayed on and the owners make me cos they treat the dogs like babies,personally i dont like dogs very much,probably cos i was bit by one some years ago,i had long boots on at the time and he bit straight through them i like better,we have a stray he's only got 3 legs and both of his ears,you know the pointed part? well thats missing,he looks like a leper,poor thing,he wont come in the house,cos he's lived wild for years and round about 10.30 he's outside my kitchen window waiting for me

Trish already offered to help but it involved being rubbed down with steel wool. I had to decline, and so I'll stick with the hot toddies.
If you've looked at my page, then you'll know that I cats.
We have always had them. The one we have now is about 11 years old. She is black and is called Sooty, original eh? Her mother was a feral cat. A woman in Dundee feeds them and tries to find homes for the kittens.
The one you have adopted sounds like a real battler! He's certainly been through the wars!

hello dave,our wild one looks like a persian and he's black and yep he's a fighter alright,for a cat with 3 legs,he can certainly shift when the birds are flying low..
i haven't checked your page dave,so i'll go read it after ive typed this..and yes i had noticed you called me trish AGAIN its ok dave,ive been called a lot worse
oh do you listen to channel 924 i think its called planet rock,its excellent sabbath are on now

I haven't ever had that channel on, but I'll certainly check it out.
I've watched VH1 classic and Kerrang, There is some good music on them, but there is often inferior stuff in between the goodies. At least to me anyway! As for the other music channels, well the least said about them the better! lol

Planet rock is a radio station i cant pick it up on my stereo,only on here,its really all the old stuff you dont hear very often,yeah i know what you mean about the other so called music channels,my granddaughter likes them,but then she's only 8, she'll grow out of it
I read your space last night,i went through a bad spell when my brother died of hodkins disease,he was 37 yrs old,it certainly made me look at life a lot differently and not to it take for granted,so i live for today,cos tomorrow never comes..hope your

speaking of health,ive decided to quit smoking,its going to be very difficult,but benoffical in every respect,so i'm gonna need all the support i can get

family are all well,i'm off to see my granddaughter today,she's a month old & a beauty
glad your on the mend these virus's have to run there course dont they?no matter what remedies you take,i think they just take the edge off a bit. for your words of encouragement,i'm gonna need them!
nearly 3 hours have gone by and i'm starting to feel hungry or maybe its a ciggy i need nope i'm going to have some toast instead.

i dont know how i got through the evening,i sell cigarettes,there right behind me,so i'm looking at them and selling them but i kept focused and started eating some grapes i took into work..
it doesn't seem that long ago when my daughter done her communion and now its my granddaughters in june ,how old is your grandson?
,lauren has her dress,its unqiue no one has the same is it like that in scotland?.

it must have been really difficult to sell cigarettes when you've just given them up, if you can get through that the rest might be easier.
My grandson is 5 and just started school last year.
About communion, I presume you mean the RC church. Yes, it's just the same in Scotland.
