Have you just the one daughter Jen? how may grand children..I want to be a grand-parent..but my eldest lad is only 17 just joined the marines not seen him proper since me and his mum split up over 10 years back she moved out of the area and i couldn`t afford to go visit him or my daughter now going on for 14..been six month since i saw her last that just happened to coincide with her birthday..cheek!..if i do become a grand parent we will have five living generations (again)..

Yep just one daughter and 2 grandkids. Rhiannons 7 shes a real sweetie, can charm the birds that one, smart too (must be a throw-back lmao) Connor will be 4 in november..the words are best to describe him..jeez he's a difficult and demanding child
Theres onlt 3 generations with us, my folks died years ago Its weird now cos our 3 generations are so close. I was 19 when i had Sarah, she was 18 when she had rhiannon and 20 when she had connor so theres on 40 years between 1st and last...:o)

was someone in the family a Fleetwood Mac fan?? good job she wasn`t born in 1978 she could have ended up being called Tusk..lol or if it was a little lad he could have been called Albert Ross..Rhianon is a loverly name..I knowwhat you mean about eyes not focusing..been hot today though and i haven`t had chance to enjoy it been too busy again..might get chance for an hour to myself tomorrow with any luck..

We had the thunder-storm this morning which shook me out of bed so that has made things a little bit cooler..the storms are schedualed to travel down your way sometime today or tomorrow so you should get a break soon from the heat..XXXXXXXXX

i'm still waiting for the storm its still brilliant sunshine here and the temperature has reached over 90 degrees i cant take much more if this

We had this pathetic excuse for a thunderstorm, lasted about half hour, then it was gone!!!
It was 97 degrees at work yesterday
If it carries on like this, i'll have melted away by the end of the week!!!
(thinks i'll have to watchout for cracks in the pavement, case i fall into one!!)

I will personaly have all the cracks in all the pavements filled in to stop you having an accident..97* did they not let you come home cos i thought there was a temperature that if it went over then you aren`t supposed to work??..you would probaly have to
do a streak to try and cool down..mmmmmmmmmmmm..

Apparantly there is no maximum temperature thats considered to hot to work in. The goverment are trying to introduce it now. I suppose when you look at it, its never really been a issue before...jeez i hope we're not in for this weather every summer!!

I hope we do have nice summers like this i am one of those few people who don`t care what the weather is like i make the most of it and don`t bother to complain..if it is raining stay indoors or wear waterproof clothing..cold and snow wear more clothes, hot wear less..and if it means we get all the women streaking or wearing next to nothing then give me hot any day...mmmmmmmmmmmm.

But my poooooor garden is dying all my little plants cant cope with this heat
On the down side of this, I have to suffer old men, and we are talking OLD, comming in the shop, also wearing next to nothing its really not nice to see and old guy in just shorts wearing skin that 3 sizes too big!!!! and in reverse the old FAT gut who's wearing shorts that dont cover the hairy beer belly and again...
but the young guys!!!

Oh dear you got probs with ive too ..I've got it growing through my fence from the orchard. Nothing kills it either I've tried weed killer. that dont work. I think the only thing that will kill it is a flame thrower
