h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

ok every so often I’m lucky enough to be visited by an Amazon Princess, who goes by the name of Karen.

(she’s 5’11”, has long back hair like Xena and a body to die for, hence the name)

any ways like a true Amazon she is trained in the fine art of combat, The Art Of Hand and Foot to be more precise (Tae Kwon Do in other words) a 3rd Dan .


I only got to green belt, to get to our Tae Kwon Do class we had to walk through a gym, so myself Ryan and Dale decided we’d much rather be The Hulk than a Ninja Turtle.</>

Anyhoo she wanted to show me this new move so;

Karen: now Cal react as you normally would if someone was coming at you

Me: ok

Karen: I mean it Cal I need to get this right

Me: *waves hands* ok, ok I’ll do it

so she comes storming at me(and I do mean storming) and I block her, she sort of wasn’t expecting me to react so quick and started to fall, but not before she had pushed me and I had started to fall in the other direction, anyway she was heading for the hearth (made of some sort of marble stuff) so I grabbed her. She landed on my shoulder and it’s been killing me ever since!!!

And so The Amazon won, though be it indirectly *tsk*
