Well, it cooked all on the outsides, but the middle was still squishy, so I lifted up a piece of the side to see if it was maybe getting done in the middle underneath, but then the middle bit all ran out.
Basically it looked like how a donut does - with a massive hole in the middle
So I got a fright for it and was going to declare it possessed, so instead I just mixed it in...

*giggles* I put it under the grill so it firms the top allowing you to the flip it and make sure its cooked through

I don't have a grill!

It probably didn't help either that I was making the omelette in an electric fry-pan either.

*smiles* probably not, try it again on a lowish heat

Maybe I should just stick with my usual simple stuff. *nods*
